Every Saturday beginning in May we are hosting neighborhood bootcamps in Northampton! Northampton residency isn’t necessary, all are welcome!

Our bootcamps are designed to push you hard, make you dig deep and find out what you’re really made of BUT you’re not alone! Our bootcamps are compiled of exercises and movements that will require a team to accomplish at times and other times it’ll be all up to to YOU! Our bootcamps are OUTDOORS. We WILL train rain or shine but NOT in inclement weather. Our bootcamps are challenging and the fun is in the challenge!!

As a business, it is important for us to be a part our community. We also believe everyone should be as fit, healthy and capable as possible in order to live a better life!!
