What is Em3 Online Training and how does it work?
Em3 Online Training is a database full of workouts that can be done at home or gym, with or without equipment. There are 3 major categories; BodyWeight Training, Home Gym Training and Commercial Gym Training.
BodyWeight Training is divided into 3 more sub-categories; Beginner, Intermediate and advanced. Each of those sub-categories are broken into upper body, core, leg day and conditioning workouts. BodyWeight Training is the only category with that many sub categories because body weight exercises can be difficult for those just beginning their fitness journey. BodyWeight Training Beginner is good place for the beginner with no equipment to start their journey. It contains basic movements and shorter workouts to promote progression in strength, balance and self-confidence. Intermediate Training workouts become more complex in the movements, longer workouts that demand a higher level of intensity, strength and mental focus. Advanced Training full of high intensity, high level workouts that help improve strength, power, speed and agility!
Home Gym Training, like BodyWeight Training is divided into 4 categories; Upper Body Training, Core, Leg Day and Conditioning. Home Gym Training is full of workouts that can be done in a home gym setting. Many of these workouts can also be done in a commercial gym setting. The difference between Home gym Training and Commercial Gym Training is the equipment used, and the exercises involved are more for home training. There are exercises in Home Gym Training that are frowned upon in a commercial gym and we do NOT recommend doing so.
Commercial Gym Training is also divided into the same 4 categories as BodyWeight Training and Home Gym Training. It is full of workouts that have the commercial gym in mind. Commercial gyms can be very different from one another but all commercial gyms have one thing in common, machines. These workouts utilize ALL aspects of the commercial gym…even the ones you’ve been ignoring! From dumbbells to barbells, smith machines to cable machines, medicine balls to kettlebells, Commercial Gym Training has you training in every corner of the gym you attend!
Single Personal Training Session- is a great time to ASK QUESTIONS and really iron out how to proceed. This is a great opportunity to work on technique, how to increase weight as you progress, breathing, lifting heavy safely and everything else that insures your safety along with your progress!
Elite Personal Training- is for the serious fitness enthusiast! In this program you get everything in the Basic Subscription, a 4 week tailored meal plan based on the Em3 Exclusive Menu, one hour weekly personal training sessions (no more than 5/week), 2 prescribed workouts with a 4 week calendar to track progression, 2 weekly accountability check-ins, nutritional guides, cookbooks, vegan options and access to your trainers!

Em3 Exercise Library- Our Exercise Library has video examples of exercises from body weight to barbell and everything in between! We are constantly updating this library you have everything you need to be successful along with modifications when needed. The library is also divided into categories like body weight exercise, barbell, dumbbell, etc.
Em3 Exclusive Menu- is your guide to a better diet and the is at the center of our Meal Plan option. It’s full of healthy recipes of foods we all know and love! We also choose recipes from different ethnicities in order to keep you excited about eating flavorful and healthy food! The menu is divided into breakfast, lunches and dinners- all with instructions necessary to improve your diet without sacrificing your pallet.
